Brigg Angling accepts payment from the following cards:

Payment Security for Our Consumers
Brigg Angling take your protection very seriously which is why we use PayPal for your payment protection. PayPal use maximum strength encrypted technology supported by the consumer's browser using a Secure Socket Layer in all of their communication with you, ensuring maximum safety when paying online through Brigg Angling.

Please note that it is no longer necessary to create a PayPal account in order to pay using PayPal. You can now pay using a credit card via PayPal in the same way as you would through any other payment gateway.

Please also note that all prices are in £ sterling (GBP).

Should you prefer to pay by cheque (in £ sterling only), please contact us by telephone or email with your order.

Exceptions
We reserve the right to inform the consumer that products requested are currently not in stock or otherwise unavailable. We also reserve the right to alter delivery charges and delivery times on the website without informing customers prior to the alterations. Brigg Angling reserve the right to not ship any items that may cost more than the stated price on the website, in this event the consumer will be notified.

Delivery & Charges
To ensure your order arrives safely Brigg Angling only uses recorded delivery.

Where appropriate Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will be offered as well as a UK courier option.

Your delivery will not be left without a signature or at an unsecured location. Should the parcel(s) be returned to Brigg Angling and you require a new delivery you will be charged a second delivery charge.

Should your parcel arrive damaged please refuse delivery. If after opening your parcel you find the contents damaged or incorrect please Contact Us so that we may resolve for you.

2nd Class Recorded - up to 300g - £1.65
1st Class Recorded - up to 1 kg - £3.99
UK Courier Delivery - up to 25kg - £5.99
Orders over £75.00 - FREE Delivery

We regret that we are unable to ship outside of mainland UK, in the event of an overseas order being received, we will refund accordingly.

Returns/Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of your purchases, you may return the item for a refund or replacement. This is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All purchases from Brigg Angling are thoroughly checked for faults or damage and thoroughly packaged before despatch.

We want you to be happy with your purchases from Brigg Angling and as such we strongly adhere to The Sale of Goods Act 1979. Should your purchase be faulty or break, under this legislation you must notify us within a reasonable time (14 days) if goods are not 'as described', 'of satisfactory quality', and 'fit for purpose'.

Products which are returned as faulty may be subject to inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.
